Frequently Asked Questions

SUBSTITUTIONS:  Substitutions may be necessary due to availability issues or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.  When substitutions are made, care will be taken to maintain the same style, color, and theme of the arrangement and with flowers of equal or greater value. Necessary substitutions will be at designer's discretion. 


CANCELLATIONS:  Same day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call us directly 630.267.5117.  Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products, it is our policy not to cancel or change orders already in process, en route for delivery, or delivered.

DELIVERY POLICY:  Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.  We do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we do not guarantee it. We do not deliver on Sunday. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed. A local delivery fee of $6.50 will be added to each order, for each address. For delivery outside our local delivery area, fees vary so please contact us directly by calling 630.267.5117.  Also, please contact us directly to make same day delivery arrangements.


During the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance prior to the following major holidays since availability may be limited: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. We will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day,Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. 


Contacting the Recipient:  It may be necessary for us to contact the recipient to ensure they will be home or available to accept the delivery. 


Delivery To a High School:  Deliveries are not accepted for students.  Deliveries for teachers, support staff or administration will be delivered to the main office.


Delivery to a Hospital or Retirement Community:  Orders will be delivered to the receptionist or concierge.


Request To Leave Item At Door: We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot personally accept the arrangement.  We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request. You, the customer, assume all liability for requests to leave arrangements.


Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you will be held fully liable for the cost of the order.


DELIVERY AREAS SERVED: Local delivery ($6.50) includes St. Charles, Geneva, South Elgin, Elburn, Burlington, LaFox, Lily Lake, Wasco & Wayne. For delivery outside our local delivery area, fees vary so please contact us directly by calling 630.267.5117.


PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept PayPal for online orders and PayPal, Zelle, cash or check for contract orders.


PHONE HOURS: Monday through Friday: 10:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M., Saturday: 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Sunday we are closed.
